Own It! Protein Shake Recipe
- 1/2 Frozen Banana for potassium
- 1/2 Cup of Frozen Spinach for folic acid
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries for antioxidants
- 1 Scoop Sunwarrior Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Beet Powder
- 1 Scoop of Amazing Grass Greens Blend
- Coconut Water
